The Escape Festival: 2016
From Escape the City
We're on a mission to help 1 million people find fulfilling work.
We're constantly on the look out for new ways to help people discover and live a 21st Century Career.
This will be our third festival. Our favourite weekend of the year where we bring the best of Escape together in a stunning outdoor setting:
Inspiring talks | Creative and action-orientated workshops | Woodland games and workouts | The Firepit | Open mics | Soulful djs, live music, dancing under the stars | The Sunday Sermon
The Queen Bee Game | The Cowshed: Real ales, ciders, cocktails and juices |Popup organic food stalls
See you in the woods.
The Escape Festival: Kent, England
An hour from London. A world away from the City.

Food & Drink
Food and Drink is NOT included in the Ticket price
There will be lots of options on site
We'll have some awesome locally sourced ciders, ales and wild cocktails available, which you can 'pay' for using tokens that you'll receive on arrival. Tea and coffee will be available for free throughout the weekend. In addition, there will be a wonderful 'proper coffee' van where you can buy a nice fresh coffee if you need a pick-me-up.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
Vegetarian, vegan and other dietary options will be available on-site
Where is the festival and how do I get there?
The festival site is beautiful farm around an hour from London - 20 minutes drive from Tunbridge Wells.
Travel by train
If you're coming from London, trains go frequently from Cannon Street or from Charing Cross direct to Tunbridge Wells (check out National Rail for details or if you're coming from elsewhere in the country).
Once you reach Tunbridge Wells rail station, grab a taxi to the festival site. The address is: Clayton Organic Farm, Newick Lane, Mayfield, East Sussex, TN20 6RE. We recommend booking your taxi - one option is Walkers Cars (01892522522) who will do the trip for £25-30.
Co-ordinate your trip with others in the Facebook group so you can share a taxi to save cash (and the planet!)
Travel by car
Check out this map to sort out directions from your home. There is parking available at the festival site where you can leave your car for the weekend.
You are welcome to arrive any time from midday on Friday, and things will start getting going from around 4-5pm onwards.
On Sunday, the festival will start to close down at around 4pm. You can leave any time before then if it suits you better; and, if needed, we'll be able to help you arrange a taxi back to Tunbridge Wells.
